Affirmation Tasks

Affirmations are short mental or verbal tasks that are most often used to help a submissive overcome some barrier or to help confirm beliefs.  These tasks are generally short, requiring on two to three minutes to perform and are designed to reinforce some aspect of a subs self-conscious state. Typically, an affirmation is followed immediately by some sort of confirmation with the Dominant that the affirmation has been performed.
