Physical Tasks

Often tasks require a physical element.  This can be a physical challenge that tests a subs physical capabilities, endurance, or abilities.  These tasks may require additional equipment and preparation which should be made clear.  There is a format for writing tasks given in the Tasking for Submissives and Dominants forum thread.  We highly recommend that anyone writing tasks follow this template, especially if you are posting the task here for general use.
