As a new user, there are a few things that you MUST do if you want to remain here. Fail to follow a few rules and your IP address gets banned, you get tossed out, and you lose access to this website. So. What do you need to do?
Before you do anything else on this list, go to the post "Dante's Rules", read them, and follow the instructions.
1. Fill out at least some of your profile. That shows a little interest in being here and participating.
2. Go to The Ferryman's Tavern and make a short post introducing yourself. Let us know your lifestyle orientation, you experience, and what you would like to gain or find in Dante's Pit.
3. Pick and avatar. You don't have to upload your photo but pick something besides the stock icon that system assigned to your account. If you are a gravatar user, this should happen automatically.
4. Spend some time and look through some the posts in the different category. This is a community forum and is all about participating and contributing. The busier this forum becomes, the more people it will attract.
Once you have done these 4 simple things, you are safe. Unless of course, you piss off Dante in some other way.
